Your treatment plan and written quote are confirmed only after your dentist has examined you at the clinic. The plan may change if the examination shows something the photos or X-rays could not. ## 5.Prices and quotes Prices shown on the website are for general information and may change. The price that applies to you is the one in the written quote confirmed after your examination at the clinic. ## 6.Bookings and appointments Appointments, and travel arrangements where your package includes them, are arranged with your patient coordinator. A request sent through the website or WhatsApp is not a confirmed appointment until your coordinator confirms it. ## 7.Treatment at the clinic Treatment is provided only under a separate written consent and agreement signed at the clinic. These website terms do not replace those documents; if they differ, the documents you sign at the clinic apply to your treatment. ## 8.Guarantees Any guarantee or warranty applies only as set out in writing in your own treatment documents, for example the written warranty for zirconia crowns.
